Service Desk is live! We went live on Wednesday, August 6 at 10:30 a.m.
Here are some things that people who provide help by using Service Desk should know:
- Open an issue
- Work on an issue as a technician/librarian/helper
- See our current and closed known issues
Starting Wednesday, August 20, all issues are triaged in Service Desk, and RT is no longer accepting updates to tickets.
