When your work is done on an issue, you may need to loop someone else in or send them the entire issue for them to work on.

Moving an issue

To escalate an issue to another group, or move an issue to another Service Desk:

  • Click More -> Move to
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to change any necessary fields

  1. Click the send button in the upper right (to the right of Create KB article)
  2. Type in your recipient and message
  3. Send your message
